Hi, I am Rhylan Stern.

I am a sophomore at the University of Kansas. I have done photography for the past 4 years, beginning when I joined my high school's newspaper staff. From then on my passion for photography began and I was seen at every school event with my camera in hand.

At KU, I joined the University Daily Kansan, reporting on events and sports through my photography. I am also a photo intern for Academic Success Initiatives, as well as President for Jayhawk Photography Group, KU's photography club. I have decided to continue on the journalism path, focusing on sports media, to further my love for photography.

I want to capture moments in life. Life is short and every moment is precious, whether it's a celebration, event, or simply just a moment in time. By creating these photographs, these moments will be stuck in that moment of time and creates your mark on the world.
